45-Day Easy Returns

You may request a return within 45 days of receiving your order.

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be returned in original condition, meaning:

  • The product is in good condition and functions as intended
  • No visible damage, heavy wear, or alterations
  • Original packaging and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

📌 Trying the product at home to check fit or functionality is completely fine.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval status by email
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to replace it.

To request an exchange, simply email us at service@pack3ease.store with your order number and photos of the issue.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return
  • Pack3Ease cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
